Stephanie spent the first part of her career working in property and casualty insurance for 15 years. There, she built a multi-million-dollar book of business and became intimately familiar with the challenges facing small businesses.

After two decades in that field, Stephanie chose to make a career move into the financial industry, where she knew she could bring value by leveraging proven financial strategies and building long-term relationships founded on growth and partnership.

Stephanie completed her accounting degree from Texas State University while simultaneously starting and raising a family. It was at times challenging, but it was a journey worth taking and affirmed to Stephanie the importance of education—both for herself and for the people and communities around her.

The themes of education and the unique challenges facing women who are working to carve out careers while also balancing family needs became a cornerstone to her professionally.
